The Smart Skin Colour Remover by Elan quickly and effectively removes the tint from skin and hair. The product allows for soft blending of the eyebrow starting points in order to create the ideal gradient or ombre effect. Also perfect when needed to lighten the freshly tinted brows.
The remover is ideal for using with both ELAN other eyebrow tint brands.
HOW TO USE:
Apply the product with a cotton bud or a cotton pad on the desired eyebrow areas in order to remove the pigment excess or soften the eyebrow shape using the blending technique.
INGREDIENTS: ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL (66 % VOL.), AQUA, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, SODIUM LAURETH SULFATE, PARFUM.
