Thank you for choosing Perfection Laboratory for your lashing needs. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding major Canadian holidays.
Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Free shipping for orders over 150 CAD for Canada and USA.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the carrier rates so you can choose the best one for you.
Shipping times may be affected by retail holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing day). Please allow for a reasonable delay. Customers who select expedited mail service will have their orders fulfilled in order of priority.
A Tracking Number will be provided to you via email, and can also be found under your Order History.
SHIPPING EXPECTED DURATION
Please note that shipping times are estimated averages. Holidays and postal outages and customs processing may affect shipping times.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once possession of your package has been passed on to the postal service.
COVID 19 DELAYS - Please be advised that the CP, UPS, DHL and international carriers have suspended delivery guarantees since the beginning of the pandemic. They will not issue refunds for packages delivered late.
Please Note: We are not responsible for any Return to Sender shipments due to incorrect shipping address and/or failure to sign for your package. Should the order be returned to us, we will refund the value of the contents minus a 20% restocking fee - the shipping fee is not refundable. Should you require to have the order reshipped, an additional $15 shipping fee will apply - no exceptions.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & LOST ORDERS:
- The customer is solely responsible for additional customs charges and/or fees. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
- If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
- If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
- Customers have up to a maximum of 90 days from the date the order was made to claim their package as lost in order to receive any sort of compensation regarding their order.
- Perfection Laboratory is not responsible for additional shipping cost for returned orders due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer upon checkout.
AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be amended or cancelled if it has not been processed yet. Once the order has been processed, no further changes can be made.
DAMAGED AND/OR MISSING ITEMS
Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 10 business days (from the date of receipt) to qualify for a replacement. Replacements or compensation will not be provided after 10 business days.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Products: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns. All products are final sale.
