ELAN SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM | oxidizing emulsion 3%

Oxidizing emulsion 3% is specially designed for mixing with ELAN eyebrow tint 04 ICY Cold Brown or 05 SPICY Warm Brown and the colour boosters 06 INDIGO or 07 ORANGE by ELAN . The ideal formulation and the soft creamy texture of the product ensure the perfect result. Emulsifying agents protect the hairs during the eyebrow tinting procedure. Due to mixing the oxidizing emulsion 3% and the eyebrow tint ELAN «Deep Brow Tint»  the pH of the ready for use tinting mixture is 7 (like ph of water). Thus, the eyebrow tint «Deep Brow Tint» is THE FIRST EYEBROW TINT WITH NEUTRAL pH, which protects the hairs from damage and prevents skin dryness.

*one bottle of the oxidizing emulsion is sufficient for one tube of «Deep Brow Tint» 04 ICY/05 SPICY.
